Black Velvet
2 oz. Stout
2 oz. Champagne

Pour stout into champagne glass; let settle before adding champagne to prevent overflow. Gently pour champagne
down side of glass to combine and create small head. Serves 1.

 

Bourbon Furnace
6 oz. Hot apple cider
1 ½ oz. Bourbon
3 whole cloves
One cinnamon stick

Combine cider and bourbon in an Irish coffee cup. Garnish with cloves and cinnamon.

 

Cinnamon Toast
1 ¼ oz. Spiced rum
6 oz. Hot apple cider
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Cinnamon

Combine apple cider and spiced rum in a glass rimmed with the sugar and cinnamon.

 

Cranberry Mojitos
1 bunch fresh mint, trimmed (about 1 cup)
½ cup sugar
1 ¾ cup light rum
1 ¼ cup fresh lime juice
¾ cup frozen cranberry juice cocktail concentrate, thawed
2 10-oz bottles sparkling water, chilled

Use a wooden spoon to mash the mine into the sugar in the bottom of large pitcher. Add rum and lime juice; stir until
sugar is dissolved. Stir in the cranberry juice and water. Add 6 cups of ice.
