Special Occasion Form This form is used to enable the public to purchase beverage alcohol for a unique one-day function such as a wedding, anniversary, reunion, or possibly a fund-raising event. The form is issued and processed by the Licensing and Records Branch of the Department of Public Safety, under the authority of the Liquor Control Act and Regulations of the Province of New Brunswick. Applications for this type of license are available from both the Licensing and Records Branch at (506) 453-7472 and from Service New Brunswick outlets – call toll free at 1-888-762-8600, or check their web site at http://www.snb.ca to find the location nearest you.
